The website is secured via a SSL certificate provided by DigiCert. The website is build with the standard implementation of WordPress that doesn’t generate cookies. Website usage analysis is done with “Statify”, which is a lightweight WordPress plugin that doesn’t process or save visitors IP addresses nor generates cookies, that means Statify only counts pageviews but not visitors. The purpose of this usage analysis is to better understand how our visitors use our website.
Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information
The only time personally-identifying information is colleted from visitors to Symphony Games’s website is if visitors choose to subscribe for the newsletter. In this case we ask the visitors to leave their email address. We collect these emails only for the purpose described beside the subscription field which is sending out newsletters related to Symphony Games. We do not disclose the email adresses to third parties (with the caveat of “Business Transfers”, see below). Subscribers are able to remove their email address from our list at any time with an informal mail to info@symphonygames.net. For the subscription process we use the WordPress Plugin “Email Subscribers” by Icegram, though the list of subscribed email addresses is not saved at Icegram, but only on our side. The data of this website, including the newsletter email list is hosted by 1&1 Internet SE ( https://www.1und1.de ). For this purpose we concluded a commissioned-processing contract according to GDPR with 1&1 Internet SE.

The website contains links to other websites in some places like in highlighted words of continous text or in the social media buttons. If you follow these links you leave this website and enter another website on which other privacy regulations may apply according to the operator of said websites.
Business Transfers
